Magazine Typography

With Music magazines, they all use a variety of different fonts, texts and sizes depending on which genre their target market listens to. Magazines like 'Billboard' and 'RollingStone' however, don't always conform to the norm of just one feature colour, but instead in some issues, use multiple colours so that they stand out more and therefore attract more attention.

Other magazines such as Vibe and and NME use bright, primary colours as they stand out much better on a magazine rack.

The fonts for magazines are also very important, London in Stereo used an iconic font that's signature to central London and used my quite a few important businesses. By recognizing the similarities in fonts can place a magazine at a better standing for curtain target audiences.
