Contents Page Layout

So after going through some further research for my contents page, I made some major changes to the layout of it.
Before, I really wanted to emulate other contents pages that I found in my research; I liked how they displayed their pictures in these slim and narrow frames so that it was like a sneak peak into what you would see later.
I also liked the contents title on the side so that it allowed more space for the features.
Yet, when I looked back on my front cover and research, I didn't think that they were conveying the same message. I also didn't think that the pictures were having a great enough impact for the contents page and that they were being glossed over more than actually standing out to the audience.
I also asked some of my target audience what their thoughts were on the matter; they said that it was a bit hard to keep your focus on one area and that your eyes had to look all around to take everything in at the same time. They also said that it might be a bit easier if all the pictures were just focused on one place instead of both.

After that feedback, I made the changes I needed to on my contents.

I used diamond shapes (as it seemed to be a recurring theme in Indie Music, and placed all my pictures inside them, letting the geometric shape fit all together within each other, then placing them all on one side of my page, and left room for all my features to be down the other side.
